Logitech has announced the Folio Touch that costs $160. This new keyboard case from Logitech can be applicable for both the 2018 and 2020 versions of the 11-inch iPad Pro model. The new case resembles its older Logitech Combo Touch model, and is a more affordable alternative to Apple’s Magic Keyboard.

It comprises a full row of shortcut keys for iPadOS and features to be a foldable keyboard. The keys are backlit while their brightness can be adjusted according to the ambient lighting. The FolioTouch also includes a touchpad  that supports multi-finger gestures, double tap including swipe, scroll, and pinch.

Users can use a connected iPad in four modes. However it depends on the iPad’s angle and the placement of the keyboard while viewing, typing, painting, and reading. The Folio connects to the iPad Pro via Apple’s Smart Connector. This is built into the side of the tablet. The keyboard draws power from the iPad as you can connect by paring the device automatically.
