Quibi is facing struggles with identifying subscribers since its launch at the start of April this year. Quibi now takes a step forward with adding sharing features to the app, as Co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg reveals his views. He said that everything has gone wrong due to coronavirus. However Jeffrey expects that sharing content from Quibi shows to social media platforms will bring success to the business.

Initially Quibi didn’t allow its subscribers to share content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok.  The team along with the co-founder now believes to bring a share option, so as to encourage people with the available options. But there’s no estimated time frame on when the update on sharing feature hits the subscribers devices.

Also, the app doesn’t allow people to take screenshots once they enter into it. With Quibi not launching a desktop version yet, the people are allowed to share scenes by recording on another phone while the scene is being played. So the clarity on how accessible the features roll out in the new update is still unclear.
