After Twitter had shut off ‘Your Twitter Data’ two months ago as a precaution, it is now re-enabled. If you want to find what kind of data Twitter stores on you, it is possible to do so. This interesting move came after data stolen during the big bitcoin scam, and to prevent further hacks.

The social media platform has reopened the ability to download archives of Your Twitter Data. Go to Settings > Account > Your Twitter data to access all the data and its status. However, users need to enter the password to start transferring the data.

The archive might take some time before it is ready to download. The company had no option, except to disable the feature as many politicians and celebrities across the USA faced an issue of personal data privacy from hackers.

A Florida teen was among the three hackers charged for the hacking operation previously. The authorities believe the suspected teen has mastered the operation. However another 16-year-old from Massachusetts might be involved with the data hacking.
