Amazon is coming up with a new Echo Flex accessory called the smart clock. This new accessory plugs into the USB port on the bottom of the smart speaker. It looks like an Echo Dot but the clock appears to be much smaller. It adds a display to view the time or look at the time left on a timer.
The cost for the smart clock attachment is set at $14.99 (the same price as the existing motion detector and nightlight accessories). It features a built-in sensor that adjusts the brightness during the day automatically. Echo Flex design is incorporated into this new device to work seamlessly. Just plug in and the current time can be displayed automatically.
Echo Flex only supports a single accessory at once, which is the major drawback. Starting from 11 August, the Echo Flex Smart Clock accessory will be available. The preorders are already available on Amazon.
