Google has incorporated a new Gmail smart reply feature using machine learning tools to its email service. Also, features to Gmail include writing email subject lines and scheduling an email to send at a later time. So let’s see how auto-completion tools Smart Reply and Smart Compose work in the Gmail tool.
Enable Smart Reply and Smart Compose
Gmail generates responses and email text using the new features. Go to the Settings menu and follow the below procedure:
On desktop
- Find the gear icon on the upper right side of the Gmail app and click Settings page.
- You find Smart Reply and Smart Compose options as you scroll down. Choose “On” for either or both to enable the automated suggestions.
- Choose Gmail’s machine learning to personalize the suggestions based on the way you write your emails. Choose “Smart Compose personalization” on that page.
